Want to take your basic sewing skills to the next level?  This is your class.  In this Basic Sewing II, 4-week series, you will learn new techniques and increase your skills as well as making cute projects.  All supplies are provided and you will experience our fabulous Baby Lock Verve sewing and embroidery machines in class. Pre-requisite: Must have good basic skills. 

Class size is limited, so sign up early!! This class is offered only as a series.  Session II will consist of 4 weeks and will be repeated quarterly.

ReCycle a Shirt to a Tote Bag

  • 10:00 am-1:00 pm
  • Monday-Thursday, July 29-August 1
  • Camp Fee: $125.00

Have a special shirt, but it doesn't fit any longer? Recycle it and make it into a special tote bag. This shirt must be a button up shirt, no t-shirts. This can be a special shirt, a kid's or parent's shirt, the size doesn't really matter, just be sure to bring a button-up! Sewing machines, sewing kits, fabric and notions are provided for use in class. In this camp session, students will need to bring I a shirt to recycle. All other supplies needed for the tote bag will be provided. Each student will receive a Sew Fun T-Shirt and class photo. Students will work on projects at their own pace. Six students per class. These camps are designed for the first time student unless otherwise noted. Students will be introduced to the sewing machine, sewing terms, notions and patterns while completing theme related projects.
